       CLOUD NINE FOR THE ENGLISH

England cruised to their ninth 4 Nations Cup title on the spin last weekend.

The annual square off between the hosts Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Austria and England was a round robin mixture of timed and race to 150 action throughout.

From the off the English took the reigns; compiling a dominant lead over their rivals at the end of the opening day, which continued on the Sunday. They didn't lose a fixture all weekend, nor did the champions' Darren Kell.
