FEIJEN WINS IN GREECE
World Champion Niels Feijen scooped up yet more honours in winning the star studded Barrage 9 Ball Open tournament in Greece last weekend.
The Dutchman came through unscathed in the double elimination qualifying process, winning four matches to reach the last 32 knockouts.
There he beat former World Champion Mika Immonen from Finland in the last 16, survived a double hill quarter-final match up, and finished with a 9-3 win over recent EuroTour winner Mateusz Sniegocki of Poland in the final.
Other big names on show who also reached the KO stages included Daryl Peach, Karl Boyes, Imran Majid, Ruslan Chinakhov and the famous Greek pairing of Nikos Ekonomopoulos and Nick Malaj.
